Salon Policy and Procedures

Before being serviced:

• In the incident of a No call No show, the full amount of service will be charged to the card initially put on file . No refunds will be made in the incident of a no call no show.
• All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. So PLEASE be sure when booking. 
• Nonauthorized payment cards will result in appointment cancelation. 
• No extra guest, children, or family members are allowed during appointed service.
• Under Federal Law, we have the right to refuse service or turn away a customer.

When You Arrive:

• When you arrive, someone will let you in at your time of service. Please arrive at the exact time of service. If arrival is earlier than appointment time, you will be asked to wait to enter until appointment time.
• If late, please give a courtesy call or text with your updated time of arrival
• After 15 minutes of running late, you will be charged a late fee of $25.
• If arrived 20 minutes after initial appointment time , your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged a late fee of $25. Appointment will have to be rescheduled to a future date. 
• No Gum nor any excessively messy or sticky food or snack will be allowed while in salon during time of service.
• Headphones or earplugs will be required for all phone interactions ( phone calls, videos, music, etc.) at all times while in salon.

Before Leaving:

• If there are any concerns or dissatisfaction with style, service, or salon experience, it is required for communication to occur before exiting salon to ensure proper adjustments are made at time of service.

After Leaving:

• No refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
